“Designed to give you the focus and the techniques to target and get the job you want”
1: Structured Career Direction Discussion
We start the program with an in-depth and comprehensive discussion about the individual consisting of a structured discussion exploring interests, values and perceived abilities.
Outcome: This results in the individual being motivated to seek a position/college course that suits their skills abilities, interests.
A handbook is provided with tips and tools on how and where to search for the right job/college course; CV and interview tips. (Other related information is provided where necessary).
If the individual is unsure of what direction they want their career to head, we recommend a psychometric assessment to highlight suitable careers to suit their skills, abilities, interests and motivation.
2: Psychometric Testing:
Psychometrics are useful for measuring ability, personality, aptitude, skills and interests. They can be used to highlight specific personality traits, specific abilities, career preferences and are usually used in conjunction with other, relevant information to assist in the search for the right career, or to assist in your ongoing personal development.
